As a Sr. UX/UI Designer at Qualwebs, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products. You will be working on B2B/Enterprise applications and both web and native mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Figma, interaction design, and creating comprehensive UX artefacts. You will also be responsible for stakeholder management and leading design initiatives.
What you will be doing.
Design Creation and Strategy
- Develop and refine UX artefacts such as information architecture, user personas, user journey maps, empathy maps, and user flows.
- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Design style guides and design systems for UI developers.
- Translate product requirements into clear information architecture and user flows.
Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define both long-term strategies and short-term tactics.
- Communicate research strategies, methodologies, and insights effectively to peers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Design style guides and design systems for UI developers.
- Lead regular design reviews with the leadership team and mentor junior designers.
Research and Analysis
- Understand and define research goals in ambiguous scenarios.
- Analyse research findings and translate them into actionable insights and strategic design opportunities.
Stakeholder Management
- Manage stakeholder expectations and requirements throughout the design process.
